I have to say NW did follow up with me and did a great job to rectify my issue below. I am happy that they took responsibility for a mistake and made good come from it. I would do business with these guys again.
Pretty disappointed with the level of communication I recently experienced. Office staff and sales people told me I had to be home to let the techs into a locked crawlspace for a retreat job to renew my bond. I came from out of state to let them in only to find out from the techs that they didn't need to go in. When a company doesn't communicate between their own people well, I feel like they are not doing their jobs right, nor can they properly serve their customers. These guys cost me a lot of time and money for nothing.
