“I have recently had TAP installed in my attic. Before it was put in, my heater would come on about every 15 minutes for long periods of time. Since the installation, the frequency and length has been greatly reduced. The staff, both sales and office, and the installation team were very professional and handled the process with the expertise I expected. “When Jeff first introduced North Point Team to TAP, I thought it was just another insulation that you put in the attic and forget about. Well the more Jeff talked about TAP and the little demo stand he used in his 7 minute presentation, I got to wondering about this stuff. I looked in my attic of a 5 year old house and found the insulation there was about 12″ deep, not enough. I talked to Jeff in depth about TAP and I went for the gold. December 27, 2009 was set aside for the installation of the insulation and right on time the crew showed up. I have never seen three men more dedicated to the proper installation of the “blown” insulation. They were professional and courteous to the point of cleaning up after themselves. I would never have guessed they were there at all doing a great job of installing 50 bags of TAP Insulation. That was in December and this February I will say that over the last 3 and a half months, I have noticed a drop in my Natural Gas and Electric bills to the amount of 35%, plus the Energy Certificate from the government. This has been one of the best investments I have made in our new home. I highly recommend this amazing product, you will certainly see a return on your investment very shortly, like I have.” ~R. “I am writing to express my gratitude to your company and your employee, John Bolser. In an effort to handle termite issues at a rental property, I arranged four estimates from four different companies. Although I initially decided to use a competitor, something told me to call John back after comtemplating my conversation with him. He was very professional and careful to explain the issue at hand with my termite problem. Unlike the others, he did nothing to scare me into moving quickly with his company. One week after the termite treatment was done I received a call from John communicating that another company was at the property digging a trench and preparing to re-treat the home. I was furious as I had spoken with the other company and cancelled the appointment via fax and phone. It was only by coincidence that Northwest arrived to conduct a quality check and found the other company compromising the treatment that had already been done. My tenant was out of town and I live over thirty miles away, so we would have had no clue until receiving the bill. Had Northwest not gone to the home or called me, I’m positive the other company would have re-treated the home and then charged me for it! Thanks for being one of the few companies that, based on my experience, treat customers fairly and honestly.
