The efficiency of the Sentricon Elimination System saves builders time and money. Sentricon pretreatments are conducted after the landscaping and home are complete. Bait stations are placed strategically around the home and then monitored on a routine basis for termite activity by a highly trained Northwest Exterminating representative. Termites will feed on the bait and take it back to their colony. Termite baiting is an ongoing cycle of inspection, monitoring, and baiting to protect the homes from termites. Borate Wood Treatments

The New Construction Borate Wood Treatment is an effective way to save time when building a house. The Borate Wood Treatment is performed when the house is at the dried-in stage of construction (before insulating the home). A Northwest Exterminating representative will treat the first 2 feet on all wood members in contact with the slab and/or poured walls. The borates will penetrate into the wood acting as a repellent to termites. A marker dye is used to clearly distinguish where the application of borates has occurred. Soil Treatments

Our New Construction Soil-Liquid Treatments are performed just before the concrete is poured for the foundation of the home. This traditional treatment creates a treated zone beneath the foundation of the home. Once the construction of the home is complete, a Northwest representative will return to the home and perform a perimeter treatment to the soil around the exterior foundation of the home, creating another treated zone.
