Who is Northwest?
Found in 1951 by the Phillips family, Northwest Exterminating is a people company that happens to be in the pest control business! We’ve specialized in pest and termite solutions from the beginning and have grown to better serve our customers through a wide range of total property protection solutions: mosquito reduction, crawlspace solutions, attic insulation, wildlife services, bed bug control, commercial services, and more.
We are guided by The Northwest Way, our 24 Service Standards, and our vision to be ‘An Extraordinary Company Creating Extraordinary Experiences.’ Our hope is that every interaction we have with our customers and communities creates a ‘Customer for Life’ and lives up to the expectations that each deserves.
Northwest is currently led by the third generation of Phillips family leadership, Stanford and Stephen, and has grown to serve local communities across the Southeast in 6 states. We are grateful for the continued trust by our teammates and customers to continue to grow and serve others well.
