Nothing! Your service, account, pricing, and care will remain consistent. Our goal is for you to experience only benefits to our team joining the Northwest Family. You’ll see the Northwest logo on your statements and see the Mouse around town moving forward. Everything else? It will remain exactly the same for you!

Do I need to do anything to keep my current service?
No! Your current services and service schedule will remain the exactly the same. The only difference you’ll experience is seeing the Northwest Exterminating name on your statement.
Will my service or bill change?
No! Everything about your current service and billing will remain the same. You will see the Northwest logo featured on your statement/bill moving forward though!
Will my service technician change?
We have many customers who enjoy seeing the same familiar faces every service. By joining the Northwest Family, we’ll continue to grow for you, adding more extraordinary teammates to serve you better. The same technicians you’ve come to know and love are still with Northwest and will continue to serve the homes in our community.
Will my account number change?
Yes, with our updated system, most customers will see an Account Number update. You will begin to see this on your statements going forward. Please know that this does not impact your account, services, or billing.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes! We’re excited about our updated system that will allow you keep a credit card on file for autopayment, pay your bill online, and chat with a teammate online if you ever have a question. To register for an online account, use the information found on your next statement here.
Will you still offer the same services?
Yes! Our extensive list of home services will remain available to you, your family, and your business. You will also have additional services available to you now.
