Paid Vacation

Team members earn accrued vacation time on a semi-monthly basis.

Upon initial eligibility, a regular full time team member is entitled to (10 days) 80 vacation hours yearly.

After 3 years of eligible service, a regular full time team member is entitled to (15 days) 120 vacation hours yearly.

After 10 years of eligible service, a regular full time team member is entitled to (20 days) 160 vacation hours yearly.

Paid Sick Leave

Team members earn accrued sick time on a semi-monthly basis.

Upon eligibility, a regular full time team member is entitled to (3 days) 24 sick hours yearly.

Life Insurance

Northwest Exterminating provides eligible team members with a Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit through Lincoln Financial at no cost to you. Term life/AD&D benefit: $25,000. 100% Employer Paid.

Long Term Disability

Northwest Exterminating offers eligible team members the opportunity to enroll in a Long Term Disability benefit through Lincoln Financial. In the event that you become disabled from a non-work related injury or sickness, long term disability income benefits are provided as a source of income.

Northwest Exterminating provides team members with the option of enrolling in a dental plan through Standard Insurance Company.

Northwest Exterminating provides team members with the option of enrolling in a vision plan through Standard Insurance Company. Vision care covers all routine eye care, including eye exams and eyeglasses (lenses & frames) or contacts.

Short Term Disability

Northwest Exterminating offers eligible team members the opportunity to enroll in a Short Term Disability benefit through Lincoln Financial. This plan can provide you with a weekly income benefit equal to 60% of your weekly earnings up to a maximum of $2,000 per week in the event of a non-work related sickness or injury.
