Thank you for trusting us to protect the health of your home & business!

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our teammates and customers are always our top priority!

A Letter from the Phillips
Co-Presidents of Northwest Exterminating

We want to thank our Northwest customers for your continued trust in us. The pest business is really the people business; caring for your homes and creating a healthier living environment for you and your families is why we do what we do.

In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, we know that there have been questions, changes, and uncertainties. Please know that our goal during this time remains the same: protecting the health and wellbeing of your homes and business through our essential services. Our team has monitored and followed the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommendations and guidance, and we have taken the necessary precautions with those in mind. Some of those precautions include an increase in sanitizing our hands, equipment, and offices, wearing gloves at every customer stop, and practice social distancing within our teams and also with you.

The health, safety, and wellbeing of our team and our customers is always our top priority, especially during times like these. Thank you for choosing Northwest and for allowing us to protect your home and business.

If there are any questions our teammates can help you with during this time, please reach out!

Thank you for trusting the Mouse & for choosing Northwest! We hope you and your family stay healthy and safe.

Stanford & Stephen Phillips
