TEAM MEMBER BENEFITS
Health Insurance
We offer medical benefits to you and your legal spouse and children up to age 26.
Life Insurance
Northwest Exterminating provides eligible team members with a Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefit through Lincoln Financial at no cost to you. Term life/AD&D benefit: $25,000. 100% Employer Paid.
Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance
Northwest Exterminating provides eligible team members with the option of purchasing additional life insurance and additional accidental death insurance on themselves and their dependents provided through Lincoln Financial. 100% Employee Paid.
Long Term Disability
Northwest Exterminating offers eligible team members the opportunity to enroll in a Long Term Disability benefit. In the event that you become disabled from a non-work related injury or sickness, long term disability income benefits are provided as a source of income.
401K Savings Plan
Company-matched 401K Plans are offered by the Northwest Family of Brands through Prudential.
Dental Insurance
Northwest Exterminating provides team members with the option of enrolling in a standard or enhanced dental plan.
Vision Insurance
Northwest Exterminating provides team members with the option of enrolling in a vision care that covers all routine eye care, including eye exams and eyeglasses (lenses & frames) or contacts.
Flex Spending Account
Critical Illness
A group critical illness plan from Aflac helps prepare you for the added costs of battling a specific critical illness.
Short Term Disability
Northwest Exterminating offers eligible team members the opportunity to enroll in a Short Term Disability benefit. This plan can provide you with a weekly income benefit equal to 60% of your weekly earnings up to a maximum of $2,000 per week in the event of a non-work related sickness or injury.
