Atlanta Journal-Constitution Names Northwest Exterminating a Winner of the Atlanta 2018 Top Workplaces Award

Northwest Exterminating has been awarded a 2018 Top Workplaces honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few. The survey is administered through the AJC research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools.

“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”

The Northwest Exterminating team is excited to be awarded this honor again. “We have tried to foster a culture that values relationships, growth and a little bit of fun. At the end of the day, the two most important things to Northwest’s success are our customers and our teammates,” says Stanford Phillips, Northwest Exterminating Co-President. Being a family-operated company for over 60 years, Northwest continues to expand our lists of home services and the areas we service with the help of our teammates.

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
