By being in the people business, Northwest is always looking for ways to honor our customers. We put them first by honoring their time, health, investment, and most importantly, their trust in us. Our Newnan office recently demonstrated this when they put together a Thanksgiving basket for one of our veteran customers.
Mr. Alexander is a retired Navy veteran who had been with Northwest for years. He has always treated our teammates that service his home like family, and they wanted to do the same for him. The basket included comfortable socks, word puzzles, PJ’s, a Navy veteran coffee mug, slippers, and a heated blanket.
All of our Newnan team was happy to come together to support our customer. We were able to let Mr. Alexander know how much we care about him and that we will always be there for him, aside from just pest control. We’re thankful for our teams like our Newnan office, who, while it’s not part of their “job,” continue to keep their eyes open to serve our customers in a way that keeps them first and like the family they are to us!

Recently, our Stockbridge team helped make a difference and show their appreciation as they hosted a First Responder Cook Out at one of the Henry County Fire Stations. The team provided burgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks for all first responder attendees. The Northwest team was also able to tour the fire station and learn about what they do every day.
Northwest teams have been hosting First Responder Cookouts across the Southeast since 2017, an initiative we look forward to every year. We’re able to host up to 20 cookouts a year, serving each area’s local community as a thank you. We look forward to them each month as our small way of saying thank you to all. Our team was grateful to give the first responders in Henry County an opportunity to relax and enjoy a meal.
Having the opportunity to host these cookouts means so much to our teammates involved. It’s an honor to be able to show even a small amount of the appreciation we have for all they do for us. Our Stockbridge teammates enjoyed this opportunity and look forward to the next one they will host. Thank you Stockbridge team!

Our Dallas team is always creating ways for teammates to be involved and make a difference in their community. Recently, they hosted a First Responder Cook Out and invited all fire station, sheriff’s office, local police station, and EMT personnel who service the Paulding County area.
Northwest teams have been hosting First Responder Cookouts across all of the communities we service since 2017 and have hosted over 100 cookouts since our start. We look forward to them each month as our small way of saying thank you to all. The team was pleased with the amazing turn out and with how many to go containers were filled for those who were unable to attend in person!
Being able to host these cookouts means so much to our teammates involved. It’s an honor to be able to show our appreciation to our local first responders for what they do for us daily. Our Dallas teammates enjoyed this opportunity and look forward to the next one they will host. Thank you, Dallas team!

At Northwest, we put our customers first by honoring their time, health, investment, and trust in us. Some of our customers have been with us for years, allowing us the opportunity to build strong, ongoing relationships with them. It’s through a relationship with a customer since 2009 that the LaGrange office was able to come together and support her in a time of need after the loss of her husband.
Our teammates came together and purchased a fruit basket for Mrs. Jones because of her loss as just a small way to let her know we were thinking of her. She responded with a huge thank you and let our team know that she appreciates them being good to her over the years and for showing her love during this time of loss.
The LaGrange team was happy to show support for our customer. We were able to let Mrs. Jones know that we care about her and will always be there for her, aside from just pest control. We’re thankful for our teams like our LaGrange office, who, while it’s not part of their “job,” continue to keep their eyes open to serve our customers in way that keeps them first!

At Northwest, we believe that honoring our customers begins with honoring our teammates. Valued people desire to value others, so our teams are always stepping in to support one another. This is exactly why our Newnan team has made sure they focus on their own team, as well as their community.
Throughout this year, our Newnan team found that honoring a teammate of the month helped show how much they value and appreciate everything each of them does. However, they wanted to find even more ways to show their appreciation. This is when they had the idea to come together and start making sack lunches for their service professionals and include an uplifting note in each of them.
These lunches have been an enormous success and it has brought a lot of happiness around the entire office. Our service professionals enjoyed the appreciation, while those who made the lunches were happy to see their joy. While this may seem like a small gesture, it can completely turn someone’s day around.
When we think of supporting our community, we often immediately think of the amazing non-profits and businesses that make a difference. While Northwest appreciates and enjoys supporting many of these, it’s incredible to recognize and create the culture that we can have when we help and support one another. We are thankful for the family-like culture that our Newnan team has fostered!
